Ⅰ、The steps of the tinning process for electronic wires

1.Preparation materials: electronic wires, tin bars, fluxes, operating tables, tin pots, environmentally friendly sponges, etc.
2.Pre-heat the tin melting furnace: Check that the tin melting furnace is in good condition to make sure it is working properly. At the same time, add an appropriate amount of tin strips to the tin melting furnace, and preheat the tin pot to the temperature required by the temperature specification table to ensure that the tin water in the tin pot does not exceed the maximum capacity and avoid overflow.
3.Prepare the soldering flux: cut the sponge according to the shape of the flux box, put it into the box, add an appropriate amount of flux, and make the flux completely soak the sponge.
4.Twisted wire: Twist the prepared electronic wire together with a special fixture, pay attention to avoid sharp ends, and do not twist or break the copper wire.

5.Tinning: tinned the twisted copper wire into the sponge, so that the copper wire is completely stained with flux, and now immerse the copper wire in the tin water of the tin pot, and the tin dipping time is controlled at 3-5 seconds. Be careful not to burn the outer skin of the wire, and the tin coverage rate should be more than 95%.
6.Wire spun: The wire rod stained with tin water is thrown out to form a uniform tin layer on its surface.
7.Cleaning: After the tin dipping is completed, the worktop needs to be cleaned and the tin pot turned off.
8.Inspection: Check whether the wire skin is burned, whether the tinning layer of the copper wire is uniform and smooth, whether there are defects or bubbles, etc.
9.Testing: The tin-stained wire is tested for conductivity and corrosion resistance to ensure that it meets the requirements.

Ⅱ、The operation steps of the electronic wire twisted wire tinning process

1.Turn on the power switch and get ready to start machining.
2.According to the requirements of the drawing, confirm the product specifications and tin temperature, and refer to the temperature specification table to debug the temperature of the twisted wire tinned.
3.When the temperature reaches the set value, scrape off the solder dross on the surface and re-measure the temperature using a temperature tester.
4.After confirming that the temperature is normal, use your right hand to arrange the wires that need to be dipped in tin and dip them in tin at a 90° vertical angle. Then lift the wire and shake it to evenly distribute the tin water.
5.Dip the solder again at a 90° vertical angle, and the dipping time is controlled between 3-5 seconds. After dipping the tin, shake the wire again, and if the instruction has special requirements, it shall be operated according to the instruction.

During the operation, it is important to pay attention to the following points:

1.Before turning on the power, please make sure that the tin water in the tin pot does not exceed the maximum capacity to avoid overflow.
2.During operation, hands should not touch the tin pot to prevent burns.
3.After each dipping tin, be sure to clean the work surface to ensure that it is neat and orderly.
4.After completing the operation, be sure to turn off the power to save energy and protect the environment.
