Yes. Kaweei has professional reverse engineering capabilities. You can send us the physical sample, and our engineering team will disassemble and analyze it, create 2D/3D drawings (CAD/Pro-E), and confirm material specifications (such as connector models, wire gauge, terminals, etc.).

Before formal production, we will send the organized drawings to you for confirmation to ensure 100% restoration or optimization according to your requirements.

To provide you with the most accurate quote, we recommend providing the following information:

• Engineering Drawings: CAD, PDF, or 3D model files.
• BOM (Bill of Materials): Specify brands and part numbers for connectors, terminals, and wires.
• Usage Requirements: Estimated MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) or EAU (Estimated Annual Usage), as this directly affects cost calculation.
• Special Requirements: Such as temperature rating, waterproof rating (IP67/68), flammability rating (UL94 V0), etc.

We offer flexible solutions to meet different budgets and application needs:

• Original Parts: We have stable supply chain partnerships with international brands like TE (Tyco), Molex, JST, Amphenol, Hirose, ensuring 100% genuine products.
• High-Quality Equivalents: For cost-sensitive projects, we can recommend high-quality domestic equivalent connectors with performance matching the originals and shorter lead times, effectively reducing costs by 30%-50%.

All material changes will be clearly marked in the Approval Sheet and confirmed in writing by the customer.

Lead time depends on material availability and process complexity:

• Sample Production: 3-5 working days if materials are in stock; about 10-15 days if tooling or special imported materials are needed.
• Mass Production: Typically 2-3 weeks.
• Urgent Orders: For urgent projects, we have a fast-response channel to prioritize production.

We understand project needs at different stages:

• Sample/Pilot Run: No strict MOQ limit; we support small batch pilot runs (e.g., 10-50 sets) to help customers verify designs.
• Mass Production: Depending on harness complexity and raw material packing quantities (SPQ), we generally suggest an MOQ of 500-1000 sets.

Specific quantities can be negotiated with our sales manager based on the actual project situation.

Quality is Kaweei's lifeline. Every wire harness undergoes strict testing before leaving the factory:

1. 100% Electrical Testing: Continuity, short circuit, and miswiring tests.
2. Mechanical Performance Testing: Terminal Pull Force Test, terminal cross-section analysis.
3. Environmental Testing: Swing test, salt spray test, high/low-temperature cycle test as required.
4. Visual Inspection: Checking for physical damage, correct labeling, and dimensional tolerances.
