On October 8, 2026, Kaweei Electronic Co., Ltd. officially completed the relocation of its production base and moved into a new factory in Changping Town, Dongguan, Guangdong Province.
The new factory has a floor area of approximately 6,500 square meters (about 70,000 square feet), more than twice the size of the original plant, providing more ample space for production, warehousing, engineering, and future development.

This relocation is not only a change of office and production site, but also an important milestone in the continued development of Kaweei's manufacturing capabilities.
Greater manufacturing space provides a foundation for continued growth
As business and customer projects continued to grow, the original production space gradually became insufficient for future development needs.
The new factory is more than double the size of the original, providing more space for production areas, engineering support, material management, and warehousing. The new site also allows clearer planning of different production and management areas, reserving space for future equipment additions and production capacity improvements.
For wire harness and cable assembly manufacturing, factory area alone is not the only measure. Coordination among production layout, material flow, equipment configuration, assembly processes, and quality inspection also directly affects production efficiency.
Therefore, during this relocation, we not only focused on a “larger factory,” but also paid greater attention to the rational planning of production and warehousing areas, so that production and material management can connect more smoothly.
12 new molding machines further enhance manufacturing capability
During this relocation, Kaweei also added 12 molding machines, further strengthening its molding and processing capabilities for wire and cable assemblies and wire harness products.
For some custom wire harness and cable assembly projects, in addition to connectors, wires, and terminals, processes such as injection molding, strain relief, protection, and customized overmolding are also involved.
The new equipment and larger production space provide us with greater production flexibility to handle different types of molding requirements and lay a foundation for continued improvement of production capacity.
We have always believed that improving manufacturing capability is not just about increasing the number of machines; more importantly, it is about enabling equipment, people, processes, and quality management to form a stable production system.
Warehouse area more than doubled, material zones clearer
In addition to production space, the new factory's warehousing area has also been significantly expanded, with warehouse area more than doubled compared with the original plant.
The larger warehousing space allows raw materials, connectors and other production materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to have clearer storage areas.
Clear zoning not only improves the warehousing environment, but also helps production personnel find required materials faster and makes the entire process from incoming materials and production to finished goods shipment smoother.
For custom wire harness manufacturing, material types are usually numerous; different projects may correspond to different wires, terminals, connectors, and other components. Therefore, good material management is also an important part of ensuring production stability and delivery efficiency.
Continued support for custom wire harness and cable assembly projects
Kaweei mainly provides custom wire harnesses, cable assemblies, connector assemblies, and related manufacturing services to customers in fields such as industrial equipment, telecommunications, robotics, new energy, and medical equipment.
Different customers and application scenarios have different requirements for wire harness products. From sample development and low-volume production to continuous mass production projects, each project may involve different wires, connectors, terminals, assembly methods, and testing requirements.
The larger production and warehousing space of the new factory, together with the newly added molding equipment, will provide a more ample manufacturing foundation for us to continue supporting these customized projects.
For us, the ultimate purpose of the factory relocation is not to have a larger factory, but to provide stable and continuous manufacturing support to customers under more reasonable production conditions.
