The pressure range of IP69K is defined by the DIN 40050-9 standard and is mainly used in automotive, industrial equipment and other applications that require extreme cleaning environments.

IP69K test requirements

Spray water temperature: 80℃+5℃

Jet water pressure: 80~100bar(8000~10000kpa)

Water spray flow rate: 14~16L/min

Water spray distance: 10~15cm

Water spray angle and time: 0°, 30°, 60°, 90°, spray water for 30 seconds at each angle

Spray for 30 seconds at each angle, total test time 2 minutes.

This test only verifies the high-pressure jet protection capability and is not suitable for evaluating the equipment's underwater immersion protection performance.

The equipment must maintain normal function after testing.

There must be no signs of water ingress to the internal components.

The sealing material must withstand high temperature water shock.
